Community Grants recently approved

At our Community Grants meeting on 16th September 2025, Trustees approved 10 grants with a total value of £208,459 including grants to the following community organisations:

 

Churches Together in Teddington - £700 towards running the Churches Together in Teddington Christmas Day lunch with activities and gifts, and lunch for vulnerable residents in the Hampton Fund area of benefit.

Hampton & Hampton Hill Voluntary Care Group (Greenwood Community Centre)  - £30,000 towards salary costs supporting adults of all ages to live independently, improve their health and wellbeing and reduce social isolation.

Home-Start Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow - £36,750 towards core costs supporting families in the Hampton Fund area. 

Richmond Carers Centre - £55,875 towards core costs for Adult and Young Carers’ service. 

Richmond EAL Friendship Group - £10,000 towards delivering services in Hampton Fund catchment area.

Riverbank Trust - £22,278 towards Riverbank Whitton supporting vulnerable families and core costs within Hampton Fund area of benefit. 

Room For Work - £15,336 towards running employability courses to support up to 30 unemployed people living in the Hampton Fund area. 

The Hygiene Bank – Hampton & Twickenham - £3,000 towards storage and hygiene product distribution costs in the Hampton Fund area of benefit. 

The Real Junk Food Project - £28,900 towards staffing costs to deliver in Hampton Fund area of benefit.

Us in a Bus - £5,620 towards the running costs to support 6 people in the Hampton Fund catchment.
